Customers can use these kits to perform bioconjugation in-house and produce high quality bioconjugates. Can I use a PerKit™ for small molecule conjugation with non-protein molecules?
CellMosaic’s PerKit™ is usually designed for conjugation with very specific types of molecules. Please refer to the individual PerKit™ to determine which type of molecules the kit is for. For example, if the PerKit™ is for protein labeling, you can not use it for a non-protein molecule.
Do you offer free samples to try the PerKit™ product?
We usually do not offer any free samples for any kit product. If you have any concern about the suitability of using our kit with your biomolecules, you can email us with the information for an evaluation before placing the order. All of our kit products have been designed for optimal conjugation with certain biomolecules. The performance of the kit configuration has been tested with our standard antibody or other biomolecules before being commercialized. All key reagents have been analyzed/assayed. If you follow the instructions and use suitable biomolecules, the conjugation is generally successful.
What are the options for PerKit™ customization?
CellMosaic’s kit is optimized and configured for labeling/conjugating certain types of molecules with certain requirements for molecular weight (MW), amount, and loading. If your labeling specifications are outside these parameters (e.g., other type of antibody, different MW, lower amount, or require higher loading), we offer customization (PerKit™ customization) of the standard kit that you can choose directly on the website. The cost for each customization is $200 as of June 2024. Customization may require protocol modifications or replacement of some kit components.
If you cannot find the customization you need, please email info@cellmosaic.com with the product number and your customization need. Some customizations may not be feasible with the standard kit. In that case, we offer custom bioconjugation services.
