Antibodies
Customer-supplied non-commercial antibodies should be affinity purified. Please provide gel electrophoresis or other appropriate quality control data to verify purity. Commercial antibodies may be supplied by the customer or purchased through CellMosaic. The cost of acquiring commercial antibodies will be added to the invoice along with an administration fee. We can also assist with antibody modification or fragmentation prior to labeling, conjugation, or immobilization.
Enzymes, Proteins, and Other Biopolymers
Customer-supplied non-commercial biopolymers should be of sufficient purity for bioconjugation. Please provide appropriate quality control data for purity assessment. Commercial biopolymers may be supplied by the customer or purchased through CellMosaic. The cost of acquiring commercial biopolymers will be added to the invoice along with an administration fee. We can also assist with protein modification prior to labeling, conjugation, or immobilization.
DNA Oligonucleotides
We conjugate and label oligonucleotides through amino, thiol, or 5'-phosphate modifications. Customer-supplied oligonucleotides should be HPLC- or PAGE-purified with a purity of at least 90%. Please provide the appropriate quality control data for purity assessment. Additional charges may apply if analysis of the starting material is required at CellMosaic. We can also purchase oligonucleotides on your behalf; simply provide the desired sequence when placing your order. The acquisition cost will be added to the invoice along with an administration fee.
Peptides and Peptidomimetics
We label and conjugate peptides at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or selected internal positions within the sequence. Customer-supplied peptides should be HPLC-purified (≥90% purity) and contain a single intended modification site. Standard peptides with the desired functional groups can be ordered through CellMosaic by providing the peptide sequence with your order. The acquisition cost will be added to the invoice along with an administration fee. For non-standard peptides that cannot be prepared using conventional peptide synthesis, CellMosaic can synthesize them in-house. A separate quotation will be provided for this service.
