Ordering Services
All custom bioconjugation service orders, whether placed online through Routine Synthesis™, by email, by phone, or by purchase order, are subject to CellMosaic’s General Terms and Conditions for Custom Services. If a custom bioconjugation service order uses CellMosaic’s Proprietary Technology*, the Proprietary Technology Addendum will also govern the Services.
* Proprietary Technology: AqT®, NeIon™, oxLink™, sxLink™, and any other CellMosaic linker, reagent, platform, method, process, know-how, material, or technology that the applicable Routine Synthesis Order, service page, or order confirmation expressly identifies as proprietary or subject to commercial-use restrictions.
By submitting an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the version of the applicable terms presented or referenced during the ordering process.

Quotation Requirement: Except for Routine Synthesis™, all other custom bioconjugation service projects require a formal quote before an order can be placed.
We accept both credit cards and purchase orders (POs).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com:
- Your shipping address, billing address, and three U.S. trade references on your organization’s letterhead. Please include the name, address, and phone number of each reference.
- Your Tax ID or Value Added Tax (VAT) number if you are an international company.
