Ordering Services
Because each service project is unique, CellMosaic takes the time to thoroughly understand your project requirements before preparing a quote and performing the requested services. Please email your request to info@cellmosaic.com or complete our contact form so we can begin learning more about your project.

Quotation Requirement: All custom service projects require a formal quote before an order can be placed.
We accept both credit cards and purchase orders (POs).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com:
- Your shipping address, billing address, and three U.S. trade references on your organization’s letterhead. Please include the name, address, and phone number of each reference.
- A completed W-9 form if you are a U.S. company, or your Tax ID or Value Added Tax (VAT) number if you are an international company.
