How to Order
Orders may be placed online or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. International orders may also be placed online or via email. Please note that a $25 documentation fee applies to all international orders.
We accept both credit cards* and purchase orders (POs).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com:
1. Your shipping address, billing address, and three U.S. trade references (including the name, address, and phone number of each reference) on your organization's letterhead.
2. A completed W-9 form if you are a U.S. company, or your Tax ID or Value Added Tax (VAT) number if you are an international company.

Credit Card Payment Policy
- Online Product Orders: No credit card transaction fee applies to orders placed directly through our website.
- Email or Phone Orders (Prepaid Before Shipment):
- No credit card transaction fee applies to orders under $5,000.
- A 3% credit card transaction fee applies to orders of $5,000 or more.
- Purchase Orders (Net 30 Terms): A 3% credit card transaction fee applies to purchase orders paid by credit card under Net 30 terms.
