Biopolymer and Small Molecule Immobilization
CellMosaic immobilizes biopolymers or small molecules on solid supports such as agarose, dextran gels, glass beads/plates, and resins/beads functionalized with groups like amine, carboxyl, hydroxyl, aminooxy, hydrazine, thiol, keto, or aldehyde. The diagram on the right illustrates a typical solid-supported molecule, where biopolymers or small molecules (M2) are attached to the solid support (M1) via a linker (L). Multiple molecules (n) can be immobilized on the solid support.
CellMosaic also offers Personalized Conjugation Kits (PerKit™) for immobilization. Please click here to explore our PerKit™ immobilization kits.
For large-scale projects or those beyond the scope of the PerKit™ configuration, please contact us for a quote.
