International Order
International orders may be placed online or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. Please note that a $25 documentation fee per order applies to all international orders.
Payment Options (First International Order)
For first-time international customers, we require prepayment using one of the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire): The customer is responsible for all outbound bank transfer fees.
- Credit Card: A 3% credit card transaction fee applies. This fee is waived for orders placed directly through our website.
If you prefer to place orders using a purchase order (PO) with Net 30 payment terms, we will first need to establish a credit account. This process requires completion of our account setup form and three U.S. trade references. Please note that large distributors such as Fisher Scientific and VWR typically do not provide trade references. Once the references have been verified, your account will be approved for PO ordering.
Shipping & Customs Information
Orders are normally shipped using CellMosaic's shipping account through FedEx, DHL, or another carrier, depending on the destination and the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option. If you choose to use your own shipping account, a $15 packaging and handling fee will apply.
To facilitate customs clearance, please provide the following information, as applicable:
- VAT number (for EU customers, please also provide your EORI number)
- Shipping account number (if using your own carrier account)
- Shipping contact information, including the recipient's name, phone number, and email address for delivery updates and customs documentation
If you do not have a shipping account compatible with our preferred carriers, CellMosaic will arrange shipment using our own shipping account. Estimated shipping charges and customs brokerage fees will be included on the proforma invoice. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are assessed by your local customs authority and carrier and may vary by destination. Final charges will be based on the actual fees incurred.
Please note that all international orders are final sale, as we are unable to accept returns due to international shipping regulations and handling requirements. An order confirmation will be sent before shipment. Please review it carefully to ensure that all product information, quantities, and shipping details are correct.
