How to Order
Orders can be placed online or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. International orders can also be placed online or via email. Please note that a $25 documentation fee applies to all international orders.
We accept both credit cards* and purchase orders (PO).

If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com.
1. Your shipping address, billing address, and three trade references in the United States (include name, address, and phone number of teach reference) on your organization's letterhead.
2. W9 form if you are a US company. or your Tax ID or value added tax identification (VAT) number if you are an international company.

*Credit Card Payment Policy
- Online Product Orders: No credit card transaction fee applies to orders placed directly through our website.
- Email or Phone Orders (Prepaid, Before Shipment):
- If the total order amount is under $5,000, no credit card transaction fee will be charged.
- If the total order amount is $5,000 or more, a 3% credit card transaction fee will apply.
- Purchase Orders (Net 30 Terms): A 3% credit card transaction fee will apply to orders paid by credit card under Net 30 terms.
