International Order
International order may be placed online or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. Please note that a $25 documentation fee per order applies.
Payment Options (First International Order)
For first-time international customers, we require prepayment via one of the following methods:

Bank transfer (ACH/Wire): The payer is responsible for outbound transfer fees.

Credit card: A 3% transaction fee applies (waived for orders placed through our website).
If you would prefer to place orders using a purchase order (PO) with Net 30 terms, we will need to set up a credit account. This process requires completing our account setup form and providing three U.S. trade references (please note that large distributors such as Fisher and VWR typically do not provide references). Once the references are verified, we can enable PO ordering.
Shipping & Customs Information
Orders are shipped using CellMosaic’s shipping account via FedEx, DHL, or other carriers, depending on what is most reliable and cost-effective. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please note that a $15 packaging/handling fee will apply.
To support customs clearance, please provide the following (as applicable):

VAT number (EU customers: please also provide your EORI number)

Shipping account number (if available)

Shipping contact information (name, phone number, and email address for delivery updates and customs documentation)
If you do not have a shipping account compatible with our shipping methods, we will ship using CellMosaic’s shipping account for both transit and customs clearance. Estimated shipping and customs/duty charges will be included on the proforma invoice. Please note that customs fees are assessed by local authorities and carriers and may vary by destination. Final charges will be based on actual carrier and customs fees.
Please note that international orders are final sale, as we are unable to accept returns due to international shipping regulations and handling requirements. We will send an order confirmation prior to shipment, and we encourage you to review it carefully to ensure all product details are correct.
Distributor Option (Optional)
We can ship directly to international customers. However, you may find it more convenient to order through a local distributor. Please visit our Distributors page to see available options.
