CellMosaic® has designed this oligo immobilization kit to work with oligo containing a 5' phosphate group. For PCR product you can order a primer with a 5'-phosphate group or use polynucleotide kinase to put the phosphate at the end. You can also order phosphate containing oligo directly from many commercial oligo suppliers.
The kit provides agarose beads derivatized with carboxylic acid functional groups (5-20 μmol COOH per mL of resin). Using the kit components, customers immobilize their phosphate containing oligo onto SepSphere™ agarose beads in two steps following CellMosaic® standard protocol.
