SepSphere™ Peptide Immobilization Kit via Pyridyl Disulfide

Product Description

CellMosaic® has designed this personalized peptide immobilization kit to work with thiol peptide. If your peptide does not have a Cys thiol group for immobilization, you can order a peptide with a Cys placed either at C-termini or N-termini. The kit provides agarose beads derivatized with pyridyl disulfide functional groups (5-20 μmol pyridyl disulfide per mL of resin). Using the kit components, the customer immobilize the thiol containing peptide onto SepSphere™ agarose beads in one step following CellMosaic® standard protocol.

 Requirement for peptide 

• Cys containing peptide. If your peptide does not have a Cys, add a Cys at either C-termini or N-termini
• HPLC purified and lyophilized, stored at -20 degree freezer all the time
• Preferably >90% pure by C18 HPLC
• Total amount: 1-20 mg 
• Does not contain any other reducing reagent such as DTT and mercaptoethanol
