Product Description
This HPLC method is designed for the analysis of proteins and proteins modified with hydrophobic small molecules. It separates components based on hydrophobicity, enabling effective characterization of sample composition. Retention time shifts can be used to determine whether a protein has been modified.
Following analysis at CellMosaic, a standard PDF report of the HPLC profiles will be provided.
Pricing is per sample. A $100 setup fee applies per batch analysis and will be waived if the conjugate is prepared using a CellMosaic kit or if an extended turnaround time (up to 9 business days) is acceptable. Standard turnaround time is typically 1–3 business days.
Sample submission for protein and their conjugate:
1) Dilute your samples in water to 1 mg/mL, and then transfer minimum 50 μL of the diluted solution to a 500 μL micro-centrifuge tube. Label the vial properly.
2) Ship your samples with packing material and shipping method that are suitable for your samples.
For analysis of conjugate, always ship a sample of un-labeled small molecule and protein for analysis at the same time.
