Trastuzumab is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the extracellular domain of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/ErbB2). Trastuzumab is the active antibody in Herceptin® and forms the antibody component of HER2-targeted antibody drug conjugates such as ado-trastuzumab emtansine and trastuzumab deruxtecan.
This research-use-only product is intended for use as a quantitative or qualitative control or reference material in antibody characterization and bioanalytical testing. It may support a broad range of chromatographic, electrophoretic, spectroscopic, binding, and immunochemical methods. Suitability for a specific method or application should be established by the user.
Each package contains four microcentrifuge tubes, with each tube containing 100 µg of lyophilized material, for a total of 400 µg per package. The product requires reconstitution before use. For bulk quantities and custom packaging requirements, please contact us for pricing and availability.
